The Recipe !
Ingredients for 2 mugs:- 80g whole milk
- 1/4 vanilla pod
- 40g Bernachon cocoa powder
- 40g icing sugar
- 50g Amer Bernachon 62% tablet
- 40g thick "crème fraîche"
Instructions:
- Heat the milk and the cream
- Mix delicately until it simmers
- Pour the cocao power, the icing sugar and the vanilla
- Pour the mixure onto the chocolate (cut into small pieces)
