Our products are packed specially for transport in a closed and resistant wrapping, suited to its contents and the requirements of the transporter. The client is responsible for all notices regarding the name, address and telephone number of the recipient. The information provided must be precise, clear and complete (floor, apartment number, front door code etc.) to facilitate a delivery made within our norms. The company Bernachon will not be held accountable for a delivery return because of an address error or if delivery is impossible to the specified address. The forwarding of q package towards another recipient or a new address upon the client’s request will be charged accordingly.
In order to know if Bernachon can deliver to a particular country from our online store, please consult this list. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the Shopping Basket once the client is authenticated on the website and the country of delivery is specified.
Upon receiving the package, the client must ensure the conformity of their order. Precise and complete observations of the eventual damage must be written on the transporter’s delivery slip. All returns must be the object of a formal decision between the Bernachon Company and the client, which must be carried out in the subsequent 3 days. After this time frame, returns cannot be considered.
Anticipate a minimum of 5 days after confirmation for the arrival of the order.
All our orders are sent through Transport Express and by Transporter for all packages over 10 kilos. This guarantee is only valid for shipments within France if the postal transport is not disrupted. For international orders or orders to France’s overseas departments and territories, which need longer shipment delays, precise arrival dates cannot be provided.
