The story:
Created more than 50 years ago by Maurice Bernachon and Paul Bocuse in honour of Valery Giscard d'Estaing, when Paul Bocuse received the Legion of honour from him. The President became the emblematic pastry of Bernachon in Lyon. A true original gourmet creation that survided through the ages.
